We read in our Marathon training book that core training is really important so tonight we decided to get on it! After the kids were in bed Taber did his run and I busted out my good old Windsor pilates DVD and got to work. It was only 20 minutes but I was feeling it!
When Taber got home we put in Debbie Siebers Slim and 6 pack DVD and did her 11 minute ab routine. I'm definitely gonna be sore tomorrow but if we keep this up then Holy Cow! I might have a defined stomach for the first time in my life!!! We'll see, that could be cool.
