I've eaten this salad for lunch for the last 5 days in a row and I don't think I could ever get sick of it. Who knew that the combination of baby spinach and romaine, sliced red onions, strawberries, sunflower seeds, feta cheese and creamy poppyseed dressing could be heaven in a bowl? It also beats my former everyday lunch of frozen pizza. Trying to be better about eating the right fuel for my body. I can tell it makes a difference!
